A guide to pet safe flowers and plants
As a florist I can’t tell you how many times I have been asked if a specific plant or flower stem is safe for pets .
and as a pet owner myself, I can guarantee that your furry friend will chew on anything it can get into, and at some point it will gravitate towards most plants and flowers you have around the house... even the ones you pretty much believe are unreachable.
As beautiful as plants and flowers are, some can be particularly dangerous to our four legged companions. Pets are members of the family, so the last thing we want is for them to get sick from flowers or plants that are toxic to them as much as I could not imagine living in a bare and plant free home.
So in the hopes to help alleviate some plant and flower phobia here is a list that I hope could help.
